Located next to Ortaköy Pier, this mosque was commissioned by Sultan Abdülmecit to Karabet Balyan. The structure underwent restoration between 1960 and 1972. It is a baroque structure featuring a single dome with two slim minarets. White stone was used for walls, mosaic and marble for the mihrab, and porphyry for the pulpit.
